Union Minister Smriti Irani has been nominated to contest from the high-profile Amethi constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Irani’s candidacy in Amethi, a stronghold of the Indian National Congress, underscores the BJP’s determination to challenge traditional political bastions.
Hema Malini Fielded from Mathura

Candidates in Other States
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju will contest from Arunachal West, while Sarbananda Sonowal will seek re-election from Dibrugarh in Assam.
