Baduan Double Murder Case: The second accused in the murder of two minor brothers in UP’s Badaun, Javed, has surrendered in front of Police in Bareilly. The police arrested the accused on Thursday , September 21. A video of the second accused Javed has been circulating on social media in which he can be seen confirming his identity as the brother of the main accused Sajid. Javed urged the people to take him the police as he is innocent.
Badaun Senior Superintendent of Police Alok Priyadarshi said that Javed was arrested at Satellite Police Outpost of Bardari Police station of Bareilly where he surrendered.

In the video circulating on social media, Mohammad Javed was seen admitting to the people that he has got nothing to do with the incident. His brother Sajid was the one responsible for the deaths of the two kids. He is also said that they had good relations with the family of the two children. Javed came to Badaun from Delhi from where he ran away after seeing the crowd. Then he went to Bareilly to surrender to the police who has been searching him. Police even announced a reward of 25,000rs for Javed’s arrest.

Accused Killed two brothers
Sajid, the accused was a barber shop owner barged into the house of victim and went upstairs where Ayush (12), Ahaan (8) were playing where he killed the two kids by slitting their troths. The Accused Sajid even tried to kill the third child Yuvraj (10) who managed to run away after surviving injuries. Sajid barged into the house demanding money for his wife’s pregnancy. The accused fled the scene, after which he was killed in an encounter with Police hours later after the incident.
The motive behind the attack is unclear. The grandmother of the accused said that Javed is absolutely innocent and it was Sajid who was responsible. She said that Sajid got the right treatment for his actions.
