In a case of honor killing, a man kidnapped and cut the neck of his married sister for having an extramarital romance in Bihar’s Nawada region. Police have apprehended the accused.
After the woman’s father-in-law filed a complaint, a police squad was assembled and an investigation was initiated.

“A special investigation team was formed, and the woman’s brother was arrested using technical analysis.” He was led to the woodland (jungle), where the body was discovered after a thorough search. “During the interrogation, the woman’s brother confessed to his crime,” said Mahesh Choudhary, a senior police official.
The accused claimed that his married sister was dating a man from the neighborhood. He kidnapped and took her to the forest after becoming enraged by her extramarital affair. He then killed her by slicing her throat with a machete, according to Mahesh Choudhary.
The body was retrieved, as was the machete used in the crime. Meanwhile, the accused was apprehended and imprisoned.
