Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal has once again targeted the union government for implementing the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) 2019 warning that the action will cause chaos in the country.
Law and order collapse
The Aam Aadmi Party Supremo expressed his discontentment to the notification saying that CAA will cause even more migration in the country more than at the time of independence.
Opposing the legislation, the CM said that migrants will cause the breakage of law and order in the country leading to the increase of crimes such as robbery, theft and even heinous crimes like rape.

The CM further went onto compare his work and the work BJP government. He said “When our government came, there were 4,500 buses in Delhi, today it has become 8,000. We are working for everyone. Today we improved the condition of hospitals.”
और ये लोग कौन होंगे?… pic.twitter.com/f3OqcRLi6i

Ravi Shankar Prasad lashed out at Kejriwal
BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad thrashed out at Kejriwal asking him to stop spreading lies as CAA will not take away the citizenship from people and will not harm Law and order. He said “It does not at all deprive any Indians of their citizenship. CAA only gives citizenship to those who are persecuted based on their faith. I want to tell those trying to spread communal tension in the name of CAA, to stop. Stop telling lies. I urge the parties of south India, particularly from Kerala and Tamil Nadu, to stop spreading hatred.”
What is CAA?
The Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 aims to provide citizenship to the migrants who migrated to India due to religious persecution in their own country. Migrants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan from the non-Muslim faiths such as Jains, Hinduism, Christians, Sikhs etc will be given citizenship based on several criteria.
