Plane Crash: 68 people died in plane crash in nepal

Yeti Airline aircraft with flight No. NYT 691 flight from Pokhara from Katmandu crashed near Pokhara airport at 10:50 am. The aircraft was carrying a total of 72 passengers including 4 crew members.The number of passengers and their nationalities :There were 53 Nepalese, 5 Indians, 4 Russians,2 Korean,1 Australian,1 Argentinian, 1 Irish, and 1 French on board In the aircraft. There were 72 members in total and up till now 68 bodies are found on the crash site.After the information was received 2 helicopters were deployed immediately toward the crash site for a search and rescue operation. 3-year-old, man die after kite string slits their throats

Kite
strings have always been a cause of accidents during Uttrayan festivals. A fun
day can convert into death day for some. Though Chinese threads have been banned
all over the state, even the local threads are capable to take lives of people.
Every year their occur incidents where people loose their lives as thread comes
their way.

Two such
incidents occurred in different cities of Gujarat on 14TH January.
In a shocking incident a three-year-old Krishna Thakor was killed after a kite
string gashed her neck while she was walking home with her mother in Visanagar
town in Mehsana district in the afternoon, police and her kin said.

“She was
declared dead on the arrival at a nearby government hospital”, an official
said.

In another
similar incident, Swamiji Yadav in Chhani area of Vadodara city died after his
neck was slit by a kite when he was on his motorcycle. “Yadav was coming down a

Anushka Sharma Moves Mumbai HC :Sales Tax dept orders seeking dues

Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma has move to the Bombay High Court challenging two orders passed by the deputy commissioner of Sales Tax raising dues for 2012-13 and 2013-14 assessment years under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act. A division bench of Justices Nitin Jamdar and Abhay Ahuja on Thursday directed the sales tax department to respond to her pleas and posted the matter for further hearing on February 6. The actor filed the petitions last week after the HC in December 2022 refused to entertain a petition filed by Sharma’s taxation consultant Shrikant Velekar challenging the Sales Tax department orders. The HC had then noted that there was no reason why the affected person (Anushka) could not file the petitions herself. Former Union Minister passes Away at 75

Former Union minister and RJD leader Sharad Yadav died on Thursday, January 12 at the age of 75. His daughter, Subhashini Sharad Yadav, confirmed the news on Twitter saying, “Papa nahi rahe (Papa is no more).”The former minister’s health had been deteriorating and he was admitted to Gurugram’s Fortis hospital.
