BJP Raises Doubts Over Order Allegedly Issued by Kejriwal
Amidst these assurances, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) questioned the legitimacy of an order purportedly issued by Kejriwal from custody to address water and sewage issues in the city. Manjinder Singh Sira, BJP National Secretary, raised concerns about the authenticity of the order, suggesting it may have been forged as it lacked Kejriwal’s signature and other essential details.
Allegations of Unauthorized Use of Official Capacity
Sira accused AAP leader Atishi of misusing her official capacity by allegedly issuing the order without proper authorization. He argued that Kejriwal could not issue such directives without prior court permission, as no changes had been granted to the terms of his remand order.
