New posters across several places in the National Capital were seen, questioning the educational qualification of PM on Thursday.Blue colored posters in some places of Delhi were seen on walls, pillars, and roadsides with, “Kya Bharat ke Pradhan Mantri Padhe-Likhe Hone Chahiye?” written on it. These posters surfaced across the national Capital after Aam Admi Party released ‘Modi Hatao Desh Bachao’ posters in almost 11 different languages. The Finance Minister of Punjab Harpal Singh Cheema Friday presented the first complete state Budget of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government worth Rs 1,96,462 crore.
