A passenger traveling in Indigo Airlines at Chennai Airport accidentally opened the Emergency exit of the flight, which resulted in a delay in the flight. Top star and Makkal Needhi Maiam president Kamal Haasan on Sunday said he would take part in the Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on December 24 in Delhi.According to the party, Haasan, addressing office bearers in Chennai, said he has been invited by Rahul Gandhi to participate in the Yatra. Always known because of her Political career, Pratibha Patil is today celebrating her 88th birthday. Lets know about her life journey.Patil earned a master’s degree in political science and economics at Moolji Jaitha College, Jalgaon, and later received a law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai (Bombay). She joined the Indian National Congress (Congress Party) and entered politics in 1962 as a member of the Maharashtra legislative assembly. While there, she held the portfolio of public health and social welfare and distinguished herself for her loyalty to her party. In 1985 she won a seat in the Rajya Sabha (upper chamber of the Indian parliament), and she served as deputy chairman of that body from 1986 to 1988. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a bullock cart ride from Kota Khurd village to Sawai Madhopur after taking a refreshing tea break on the seventh day of the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan today.According to AICC General Secretary Jairam Ramesh’s tweet, “Rahul would travel 13 kilometres before departing for Shimla to attend the inauguration of his party’s government in Himachal Pradesh.
