The Supreme Court on Monday granted bail to RTI (Right To Information) activist turned Trinamool Congress (TMC) spokesperson Saket Gokhale, in an alleged theft of funds case filed against him in Ahmedabad.A bench of justices consisting of BR Gavai and Vikram Nath ordered the applicant to be released on bail after taking into account the fact that the charge sheet had already been submitted.Also Read: Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam: 3000 people from Tamil Nadu to visit Gujarat for Saurashtra-Tamil Sangamam. Gujarat HC asks Oreva Group to pay 10lakhs compensation to families
Gujarat Highcourt has today come up with a solution.
