Ahmedabad Schools to have ‘bag free days’ : New Education policy.

How many of us thought as a kid not to take our bags to schools or even hated taking heavy bags to schools. Majority of us as kids would have thought about it.  And now the students will be getting it.Under the new Education Policy, the central government has recently suggested the schools to have  “Bag free days” in schools at least for 10 days annually, mainly for the students from class 6th to 8th. The main reason behind this is to increase the engagement of students in other activates other than studies which would eventually led their development. Indian Medical Advisory issues new Covid Guidelines: Check the Guidelines .

Amid the outbreak in COVID cases in China, Japan and the US, the Indian Medical Association has issued an advisory asking people to follow COVID appropriate behaviour with immediate effect. In the last 24 hours, nearly 5.37 lakhs new cases have been reported from major countries like USA, Japan, South Korea, France and Brazil. As Covid cases spike in China, experts ask Indians to stay safe :

China is once again reporting  large no. of Covid cases across the country a month after the Chinese government lifted nearly three years of lockdown.If talking about the reports, according to National Health Commission China’s total number of fatalities due to coronavirus stands at 5,241. On Tuesday, China reported no new Covid-19 related deaths. Always known because of her Political career, Pratibha Patil is today celebrating her 88th birthday. Lets know about her life journey.Patil earned a master’s degree in political science and economics at Moolji Jaitha College, Jalgaon, and later received a law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai (Bombay). She joined the Indian National Congress (Congress Party) and entered politics in 1962 as a member of the Maharashtra legislative assembly. While there, she held the portfolio of public health and social welfare and distinguished herself for her loyalty to her party. In 1985 she won a seat in the Rajya Sabha (upper chamber of the Indian parliament), and she served as deputy chairman of that body from 1986 to 1988. Patil left the upper house in 1990 and was elected to represent Amravati in the Lok Sabha (lower house) in 1991. List of Top 10 Polluted Cities across the country : Bihar on top.

According to the data relased by the central pollution control board on Monday, shocking results are out.  As all the top polluted cities across the country are from 1 state.And the state is none other than Bihar. Starting from Beguarai, topping the list of most polluted city with an AQI of 446, followed by  Bettiah (439), Samastipur (437), Chhapra (404) and Katihar (396). The other cities on the list are Motihari (391), Purnia (389), Patna (385), Muzaffarpur (383), and Bhagalpur (365).
