Climate change like – cyclones, floods, heatwaves, droughts, and cold waves are increasingly impacting human lives around the world, this impact is most severe on the poor in the Global South who do not have the means to deal with these impacts; poor women are particularly vulnerable given the endemic social and economic disadvantages they face already. As a result, most suffered are vulnerable women and workers across the globe, The most vulnerable segments comprise people mostly women and workers who are largely outside the very limited social safety nets and insurance protections available in developing countries.In order to help not only help these vulnerable people around us but also help our mother Earth, the idea of Climate resilience through climate action was born through Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) on their 50th-year celebration on April 12th, 2022 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat which has now helped them to build even cleaner skies for the next 50 year…Also Read:
