The Rajasthan legislative assembly on Tuesday passed the Rajasthan Right to Health (RTH) Bill which was proposed in 2022. Now the people of the state will get the emergency care in private hospitals without any prior payment. Which simply means that now all the patients during their emergency treatment which is being decided by the state’s health authority can now be treated by doctors without paying any fees/payment prior the treatment. The bill cleared that any health care provider be it be a doctor cannot delay the treatment which can be punishable according to the bill passed. Or if any patient who does something “unacceptable” or just tries to violate the law by any manner would be fined around Rs10,000, and if the rule breaks for a couple of times the fine doubles. Also read: Rajasthan: Sate’s govt. employees can now get promoted amid 3rd child… Know govt’s decisionAfter the bill was passed Health minister Parsadi Lal Meena said the government is committed to providing healt
