Right to Health bill passed in Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha

The Rajasthan legislative assembly on Tuesday passed the Rajasthan Right to Health (RTH) Bill which was proposed in 2022. Now the people of the state will get the emergency care in private hospitals without any prior payment. Which simply means that now all the patients during their emergency treatment which is being decided by the state’s health authority can now be treated by doctors without paying any fees/payment prior the treatment.The bill cleared that any health care provider be it be a doctor cannot delay the treatment which can be punishable according to the bill passed. CM Ashok Gehlot announces 19 new districts in poll year…

Ahead of elections in Rajasthan this year, State’s CM Ashok Gehlot announced the addition of 19 new districts and 3 divisions across the state in the Assembly on Friday.Reacting to the announcement done by the present CM of the state, former CM Vasundhara Raje said, “This is an attempt to fulfil personal political self-interests. Several important facts have been overlooked in the process of creating new districts.
