The Finance Minister of Punjab Harpal Singh Cheema Friday presented the first complete state Budget of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government worth Rs 1,96,462 crore. In his introductory speech, Cheema lauded the AAP government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for eliminating the “mighty mafia”.
