Celebrating Women’s day Part 2 : Pramukh Swami Maharaj Nagar

Tens of thousands gathered at Pramukh Swami Maharaj Nagar to participate in the evening assembly titled ‘Women’s Day 2: Celebrating Women’s Empowerment’. Women from around the world sang a medley of devotional hymns and women dignitaries paid tribute to Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s immense efforts to foster the holistic empowerment and development of millions of girls and women worldwide. Examples of how Pramukh Swami Maharaj empowered women can be found at the dedicated “Women’s Empowerment Pavilion” at Pramukh Swami Maharaj Nagar, where seminars, dialogues, performances and forums are organised and managed daily by the BAPS Women’s Wing. Celebrating ‘Education Day’ : Pramukh Swami Maharaj nagar

Education day was celebrated on 30th December 2022, in the month long celebration.  Pramukh Swami Maharaj worked his entire life to foster humanity and spirituality in every individual. Aware of the importance of education for the individual and the nation and inspired by Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s instruction to foster the propagation knowledge, Pramukh Swami Maharaj set up a wide range of educational institutions that have nourished the character and academic potential of hundreds of thousands.
