Each Festival in the country is celebrated across the whole country but in various other forms. Diwali in the North is Celebrated as Dipawali in the South, Dusherra in the North is Called Vijaya Dashmi in the South, but what bounds the whole nation in a similar enthusiasm to celebrate the Festival.Similarly Makar Sankranti the Kite Festival of the country is celebrated all over the Country with different names. The first festival of the calendar year, it marks the first day of the sun’s transit into the Makara (Capricorn) signaling the end of the month with the winter solstice and the start of longer days. Celebrated all across India, this ancient event is observed through different customs in each state of the country. One of the few auspicious days celebrate
