Women’s Premier League begins today, 5 teams, 22 matches- see schedule, venues

The Women’s Premier League is about to begin in just a few hours. The first match of this tournament will be played at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. The first match will be played between Mumbai Indians vs Gujarat Giants. There are a total of 5 teams in this tournament and a total of 22 matches will be played. While the final match will be played on 26 March 2023 at Brabourne Stadium. BCCI has organized this tournament in the stadiums of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Five teams will face each other twice in the league round. That is, a team will play 8 matches before the final round. There will be a total of 20 matches in the league round. The top-ranked team will directly go to the finals. Then the second and third numbered teams will compete for the final round.The Women’s Premier League matches will start at 7.30 pm.
