A Japanese man, Toco, tranformed himself into a dog after he realised that it was a dream of his “to become an animal.” He spent over $14,000 ( Rs 12 Lakh ) to tranform himself into canine by getting a custom-made collie costume. It took around 40 days to the make the infamous unusual garment but Toco said that it helped him realise his dreams after that.

The said man also has a Youtube channel, where he often seen rolling on the floor and playing fetch with almost 33,000 subscribers. The public has shown an immense amount of interest over this bizarre story of a man tranforming into a collie. Recently, on his social media site, he posted a video of himself taking his first walk in public as a human collie. It is a five-minute video, where he is seen taking a walk and interacting with dogs and humans nearby.
“Do you remember your dreams from when you are little? You want to be a hero or a wizard,” Toco said. “Thankfully, I received permission to use the videos, so I am releasing them to the public! On the day of the interview, they were very kind to me,” Toco mentioned in the description of the video.
In the video, he is seen behaving like a four-legged dog breed. There were dogs showing fear towards him initially as shown in the video. He real identity is yet to be revealed by him.
He admitted in a video, he released last year that he always had a vague dream of becoming an animal ever since he was a kid. He also answered a series of questions that were asked to him in that same video.
The costume is said to be made by a company called Zeppet which provides a large number of sculptures and costumes for movies, commercials and amusement facilities. They also make costumes for famous mascot characters in Japan, said by a local news outlet in Japan.
