On Sunday, August 6, a young guy in southeast Delhi’s New Pals Colony (NFC) was slain and two of his pals were injured in a battle with another group.
Hritik, 19, was killed along with his companions Sonu (18) and Prashant (19) on Sunday evening when they were ambushed by another group.
They were riding their motorcycles from Khizrabad to C V Raman Marg when they were stopped by an unidentified man. He confronted Hritik about beating the brother of one of the defendants, Shahrukh.
Shahrukh (21), along with two others, Shoaib (18) and Masoom (19), came to the scene and attacked Hritik and his friends with a knife and a stick, according to police.
Hritik was stabbed numerous times, and his pals were only slightly hurt. Hritik was airlifted to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, where he was pronounced dead.
He was covered with wounds on his chest, neck, and abdomen.
A forensic team arrived at the scene and discovered a stick with blood spots on it. According to authorities, a case has been filed in the situation.
Hritik is facing seven criminal charges, the most recent of which was brought in March under the Arms Act. The three suspects have been apprehended.
