1) Vacancy Details: UPUMS is conducting this recruitment drive to fill a total of 535 vacancies for the position of Nursing Officer. These vacancies present a promising opportunity for individuals seeking employment in the medical sector.
2) Age Limit: Candidates applying for the UPUMS recruitment in 2024 must ensure that they fall within the age bracket of 18 to 40 years. It is essential to meet this age criterion to be eligible for consideration in the recruitment process.
3) Application Fee: As part of the application process, candidates are required to pay an application fee. For the Unreserved (UR) category and OBC/EWS candidates, the application fee is Rs. 2000. However, for SC/ST candidates, the application fee is Rs.1200. Applicants must adhere to the specified fee requirements to complete the application process.
4) Educational Qualification: Prospective applicants for the Nursing Officer role are required to fulfill specific educational criteria. Suitable candidates must hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing degree from an accredited institution recognized by either the Indian Nursing Council or the State Nursing Council.
Alternatively, individuals with a B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualification or a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery are also eligible to apply. Moreover, candidates must be duly registered as Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council and should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds after obtaining their educational credentials..
